Very different from any place I have ever stayed! It was inexpensive, the rooms were very nice, there was free coffee in the morning and the property has a very tropical feel to it where the lodges are nestled in the trees. However, sleep can be hard to come by on a stormy night because the peacocks call whenever they are disturbed, and they are very loud. Totally worth it for what we paid though, I will definitely stay here again!

We had not planned to stay here but our other lodging fell through. When we found this for a great price and good accommodations we were quite pleased. It is an eclectic and unusual place that is right on the water. There are peacocks wandering g the property and they are beautiful. Our room was a hotel style and it was spacious and the bathroom had been recently remodeled.
A true rare find on the bay! Right on the bay. When we pulled up, we weren't very sure, but from the moment we got out of the truck, to our last minute there, all I can say, is "wow" what an experience.nothing but water, and cleaner rooms that what would you get in a chain hotel, and the price was phenomenal! The hospitality was so inviting. For two nights we paid what we were going to in a chain for one night! We will definitely be staying again! Beautiful, tropical, hidden, Paradise! A true hidden gem in short distance to St. George Island and Apalachicola!
