OK. Let's be honest. This is an island and one expects to pay higher prices. This review doesn't address this. If you want to save money, stock up in Tallahassee or drive to the Piggly Wiggly in Apalachicola. So, prices aside, I am giving it 5 stars. They are well stocked, have fresh produce and a nice deli. The staff are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to talk with my 5 year old. Things were neat and orderly. If you are in need of supplies or groceries on the island, I would recommend this Piggly Wiggly Express.
Only place in the island with gas. Also carries most things you will need on your trip from food, wine, beer, fishing gear, bait and poles. Really friendly owner and employees. Only rated a 4 Star cause parking can be a bit of a pain.
Love this little store. Pretty good selection of products. Delicious steamed shrimp. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It's a must to grab a quick supply of groceries while on SGI.
Great little grocery shop. I'm still not sure how they fit all you need in there but they always have what we need. Great prices as compared to others. Love The Pig Express!
Better than a store on an actual isolated island in Caribbean. I thought produce would have been better. Prices were high but I expected that.
